What Do You Need First?
Your Move in 5 Simple Steps

STEP.0

Let’s Explore the Possibilities

Please do not give up on international travel simply because your large dog does not fit in a standard, commercially available crate.
We will explore an appropriate travel solution that may allow your dog to travel at the same time as your family.*

*Acceptance of a large crate must be confirmed with the operating airline. Whether transport is possible depends on the airline, aircraft type, crate dimensions and total weight, available loading space, seasonal restrictions, and operational conditions on the day of travel.

STEP.1

Measure Your Dog

Please measure your dog accurately while standing on all four legs, and provide the following information:

  • ・Body length: from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail
  • ・Standing height: from the floor to the top of the head or ears, whichever is higher
  • ・Front-leg length: from the floor to the elbow
  • ・Body weight
STEP.2

Airline Review

We confirm with the intended airline whether your dog can be accepted on the planned route and whether the crate’s proposed dimensions, specifications, and loading conditions meet its requirements.

STEP.3

Schedule and Quotation

We prepare a proposed production schedule and quotation once the crate specifications have been reviewed.
Please also ensure that there is sufficient space at your home or designated location to receive and store the completed crate.

STEP.4

Inspect the Crate After Delivery

Please inspect the crate’s appearance and specifications within 7 days of delivery.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, please contact us within that period. Subject to inspection, we will arrange repair or replacement as appropriate after the crate has been returned to a designated location.

STEP.5

Crate Familiarization

Please allow at least one month for your dog to become accustomed to the wooden crate before departure.
We recommend placing familiar items, such as a towel carrying the owner’s scent, inside the crate, provided that the item is permitted by the airline and does not pose a risk of ingestion or obstruction.
