Large crates require an appropriate amount of installation and storage space. Before placing an order, please confirm the following:
・The delivery route, including entrances, hallways, interior doors, stairs, and elevators.
・The location where the crate will be installed or stored.
・The access route from the delivery vehicle to the installation location, including passage width, corners, and steps.
In particular, a large custom wooden crate may not be able to be moved indoors after completion, or sufficient storage space may not be available. Please confirm the installation space and access route in advance.

Each original wooden crate is a made-to-order product, handcrafted to suit your pet’s physical dimensions, transportation conditions, and applicable airline requirements.
Because the crate is produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations after an order is placed may be difficult. Please read and confirm the following information carefully before ordering.
A crate that does not properly fit your pet may be refused for air transportation or may causeun necessary stress to your pet. Before ordering, please accurately measure your pet’s body length, height, width, and weight, and carefully confirm that all measurements and order details are correct.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges cannot be accepted for errors in measurements or order details provided by the customer.
